Jorma Ollila, Nokia's outgoing president, through an interview with the Financial Times has announced that the Finnish company will soon launch a new range of mobile devices and Tablet "hybrid". Ollila would have predicted this series of innovations to face strong pressure from shareholders, less and less confidence towards the economic recovery of Nokia.
"Tablet products are important, so we decided to interest us in this market sector, and in future we come with hybrid products and different form factor."
However during the same interview, Ollila, who is leaving after 27 years the company has reported that Nokia was not able to follow the revolution of smartphones, but that the combination of new products and services should help Nokia to return to the top.
Recall that Microsoft should start the marketing of Windows Tablet 8 after the summer, so it is conceivable to expect a Nokia Tablet later this year.
