LG Optimus LTE may soon come in Europe

For the United States 4G/LTE connectivity is now becoming the new benchmark: Verizon and AT & T are ready to take advantage of new networks and Sprint is about to join the carrier competitors. Quite different is the situation in Europe where the technology of the fourth generation still sluggish. However the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2012 may be remembered as the first presentation event for the debut of the device ready to exploit the new generation networks in the old continent.

If HTC Velocity could be reached by Vodafone in Europe equipped with 4G connectivity, the invitations issued by LG smartphone very much like a check to Optimus LTE , a sign that the Korean manufacturer may be the debut of a similar version for our market.

However, please consider the news again as a pure speculation since no detail has emerged.

LG Optimus LTE coming soon on TELUS

Last year we saw the LG Optimus LTE get launched on Bell Mobility, and now it looks as if the flagship device is headed to TELUS as well. The Canadian carrier’s website has outed the device as model number LTE P935, which varies slightly from Bell’s P930 model number. LG recently announced that the device has already sold over 1 million units worldwide.

TELUS has yet to issue any official confirmation, so there's no pricing or availability information on offer just yet. Bell currently sells the Optimus LTE for C$99 on contract, so we'd expect a similar price point from TELUS.

LG Optimus LTE: exceeded 1 million units sold in South Korea and America!

LG Electronics has announced that it sold in about 3 months over 1 Million unites of LG Optimus LTE ,The  phone, which is often touted as the first LTE mobile phone with a HD display, saw the most sales in the Korean market, where it reached 600,000 pieces came from.  The other 400,000 are attributed to Japan, Canada and the United States.

LG Optimus LTE  has a  4.5-inch IPS display  True HD (1280 x 720 pixels) with brightness of 500-nit, CPU 1.5 GHz dual-core processors and is based on  Android 2.3 Gingerbread  waiting for  Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich .

In the case of the LG Optimus LTE the figure is likely to grow in the coming months, especially with price cuts as the manufacturer introduces their latest Android innovations next month at Mobile World Congress.
