Acer unveils devices with Windows 8 - W700 and W501 tablets and touchscreen Aspire S7 ultrabook

From Computex 2012, the annual Hi-Tech Fair which opens tomorrow in Taipei (Taiwan), arrives announcing news about some new products that will equip the new Microsoft operating system,Windows 8 . 


Among the first major computer manufacturers that have provided advances on his new Acer which is shown to the press two new and interesting tablet, Acer W700 and Acer W501 and  Aspire S7 ultrabook touchscreen.

Regarding these new products there are not many much information, other than those relating to the main features that we present below, but as you can see from the video made from the site theverge.com seem to be very interesting and handsome.

Windows Phone OEM's are demanding more UI flexibility on Windows Phone 8

According to Digitimes Taiwan OEM's  have urged Microsoft to provide more flexibility to enable smartphone makers to modify applications and the user interface on Window Phone 8 so that smartphone makers will be able to come out with differentiated devices, according to industry sources. 


Apparently OEMs believe that hardware differentiation is not enough, and hence they are making calls for a differentiated software experience, which will most definitely kill the timely OS updates, if allowed. 


So far the only OEM allowed to customize Windows Phone was Nokia and so far we haven't done anything so far, but enjoyed the very good sales, mainly because of  the commitment Nokia made to marketing the its Windows Phone devices.

Acer will presents the new Liquid line of smartphones  at the upcoming Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.  Liquid Glow  is the name of the new addition to Liquid family and will have Android OS 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) on board. Acer Iconia Tab A500 with Ice Cream Sandwich coming in April

Acer Australia has confirmed that the series Iconia Tab A500 will get the much awaited update to Ice Cream Sandwich from the month of April. The post appeared on the official Facebook page should include a global issue because the news would be gone from home Taiwanese further confirming earlier rumors.

"Great news for all! We just received confirmation from headquarters that Iconia Tab A500 will increase to Ice Cream Sandwich in April. No exact date has yet been made official, but we'll get something soon."

Acer CloudMobile smartphone to make its appearance at MWC

Nokia has almost half of 50% of Second Generation Windows Phone market share

Great news for all Nokia fans it looks that Nokia has almost half of second generation Windows Phones market share.According to the statistics from OccasionalGamer, Nokia has already surpassed all others in OEM sales of smartphones with WP7 OS. The statistics speak for the fact that Nokia has a market share reached 45 percent, followed by HTC with a good 40%.

Apple could receive up to $ 10 for every sold Android
