The team MIUI presented for the Chinese market a new variant of the famous Xiaomi Phone , with slightly lower specifications than the original but in this case also sold with a particularly attractive price. This special edition will have4-inch 854 x 480 display, camera with 8megapixels f/2.4 sensor, dual-core 1.2-GHz procesor,768MB RAM and 4GB of internal memory expandable via microSD.
The system is powered by the latest version of MIUI v4 based on Android Ice Cream Sandwich , which according to the latest benchmark scores would result in very interesting points of AnTuTu as 5403, 1375 and 3269 of Vellamo of Quadrant. Results that are obviously not a miracle but considering that it will be sold to about 25% less than the price of the original Xiami Phonel.
There'll be an initial product run of 150,000 devices, and the pre-registration process ends on May 18th. Xiaomi sold over 300,000 MiOnes on pre-order alone,not bad for a device with these features but also with interesting software customization and support from developers and very special community
