Europe's largest gaming platform Wooga recorded 11 mil downloads of Diamod Dash for iOS

Perhaps you have not heard of Wooga, but if you are social gamer certainlyplayed some of their game. German Wooga, launched in 2009, became the most popular European gaming company, with 46 million monthly active players is the second most popular gaming platform on Facebook, behind Zynga, makers ofFarmville.

Two New Xbox Live Games announced for Windows Phone

Today Microsoft announced a few games that will be coming out for Windows Phone sometime in the near future. Most of them we knew from the previous announcement:
  • Carcassonne
  • geoDefense Swarm
  • Pinball FX2
  • Shoot 1UP
  • Wordament
However on the list appeared two more games that we were not aware that will come in to Windows Phone as Xbox live game. We are pleased to see Sid Meier's Civilization and Pirates coming to Windows Phone as Xbox Live games especially for the lovers of the strategy genre game.

The Windows Phone marketplace exceeds 70,000 applications!

In just over a month, in the marketplace Windows Phone 10 000 applications have been certified, passing the 60,000 achieved in the third week of January to 70,000 users in these days.


The amount of applications that are submitted daily on the marketplace is around 250 units.Of these 70 000, more than 28 000 have been added in the last 90 days and almost 7 000 were added in the last 30 days. Of allapplications, 65% are distributed for free, paying 11% are distributed along with a free trial and the remaining 24% are distributed for a fee, without a trial.

The most populated section of the marketplace is "entertainment" with 18%, followed by the "tools and productivity", with 14%, after "games" with 13% and follow "books", "news and weather," "travel and navigation "," lifestyle "and the remaining sections cover a percentage below 5%.

Borderlands 2 coming to Android tablets with Nvidia Tegra 3 on board

The developers of  Borderlands , Gearbox , have announced that the second installment of the hit series is also coming on Android devices with 3 Nvidia Tegra architecture .
The software house was pretty hungry for details, not by leaking information about the release date and game mechanics.
It remains to be seen whether the game on the tablet, and perhaps later also on smartphones, is the same to be published on Xbox 360, PC and Playstation 3.
Borderlands 2 should maintain excellent technical levels, as evidenced by the fact that the game will be exclusive for the devices with Nvidia Tegra chip 3, specially designed for use in gaming environment where they could appreciate how important Skyrim transpositions of securities.

Angry Birds back on Samsung App but now costs 2.99 euros!

GameSaver Alpha: First steps for saving progress in games(Android)

Two new games available for the Xperia Play
