Samsung sells over 50 million units of first two Galaxy S models, 7 million Samsung GALAXY Notes

Posted by ~ Erch ~ on Friday, June 1, 2012 | 01:03

According to the latest sales results confirmed by Samsung, since its launch in June of 2010, have been sold 24 million  Samsung Galaxy S  smarphones and the result of its direct successor to Samsung Galaxy S2 (still considered one of the best Android smartphone on the market ) has reached 28 million units sold in about half the time. In total therefore the previous two generations of the Galaxy line S have moved a turnover of more than 50 million units, according to initial estimates of the numbers that will be equaled and probably surpassed by the Samsung Galaxy S3 which has already reached the 9 million pre-orders .

Good results also for the Galaxy note that the release took place last October has already placed more than 7 million units worldwide, a sign that many users were satisfied with the large 5.3-inch display and the new band device opened by the Korean manufacturer with this device.

Samsung Galaxy SIII Pebble Blue arrived in Vietnam

Posted by ~ Erch ~ on Thursday, May 31, 2012 | 03:21

Good news for all buyers who are waiting for the Samsung Galaxy SIII Pebble Blue version. Although difficult to see him in Italy before the middle of June, Korea started the first shipments of Blu versions of the product. The first country to see the Pebble Blue version is Vietnam, but surely other countries in the coming days will see the first deliveries.
Although the delay is due to a problem of painting the back cover, Samsung seems to be able to quickly correct the error and the total delay in the world could be so pretty content. So a few more days to see him in blue in Europe, perhaps in the first on-line store and then physically in stores.

Samsung Launches Premium Music Hub in the UK, France and Germany

Posted by ~ Erch ~ on Tuesday, May 29, 2012 | 05:25

Today is not only the day of the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S III, because apparently the Korean company had another trick up its sleeve that has thus far wisely kept hidden from the eyes of the world, namely the "extension" of its Music Hub which now becomes a complete music store that points directly to compete with the likes of Apple and Google.

British, French and German users  will be able to benefit from a streaming service that will draw from a catalog of 19 million songs , with 100 GB of space in the cloud for you: obviously similar services are not free, but at a cost of € 9.99 per month.  For those who would rather not subscribe, there will always be able to listen to tracks purchased, either by phone or through web interface .
The new Music Hub will become a standard in future models of the company, and not necessarily just talking about phones, plus the service will later be distributed on a global scale , although we have no precise information on either the timing or countries involved, in any case, the common goal was to make as much as the messaging app Chaton .
Below is the full press release

Samsung Galaxy S3 already on sale in Dubai at a price of $ 667!

Posted by ~ Erch ~ on Tuesday, May 22, 2012 | 08:16

It is unclear how it is possible, but in a shop in Dubai the new Samsung Galaxy S3 is available for purchase and confirmation would come not only from photos taken at the wheel of the actual availability of the smarphone also from a conversation that took place with the sales agent of the department that would have confirmed that the white variant is already in stock ready to be dealt with early preorders.
Not only that even the sale price would have been much lower than even many online retailers, with  $667 that the change would correspond to about € 529 for the lucky buyers who will bring home the new Samsung flagship smartphone.

Flipboard arrived on Android thanks to XDA developers

Posted by ~ Erch ~ on Thursday, May 10, 2012 | 14:30

Flipboard is an application that is so good that we would recommend to buy iPad just for sake of it. But there is no need for it anymore. Popular and super cool application for review of news, blogs and social profiles, it not longer exclusive only to iPad and iPhone.

Flipboard has arrived on Android, but is not available on Google Play,at least for now.Currently available only for Samsung Galaxy S III as part of a promotion and will remain so at least for some time.
But no worries, anyone can take the file install Flipboard thanks to the user Valcho from XDA-developers who has shared .apk file that can be installed via mobile browser or via QR code.
Flipboard was one of the favorite applications of the late Steve Jobs, and one of the favorite applications of 8 million iOS users, and I'm sure will be a favorite for the Android users as well, who will enjoy to read beautifully designed news drawn from the social networks.
